AXIS has embarked on yet another collaboration with sensational choreographer David Dorfman! AXIS has been intrigued to work with David for some time. David and AXIS both value up close and personal dance events that are moving experiences that leave an audience changed. For AXIS dancers, working with artists of David’s caliber is a demanding and inspiring process. For David, this collaboration is exciting and will definitely further his personal goal to “get the whole world dancing.”

Rehearsals with David about to Start
Tomorrow will be the first day of our rehearsals with David Dorfman! We are very excited to start working with him and are planning on blogging about the process this week.
On Thursday night there will be an open rehearsal at the Malonga in Oakland from 7-9pm to give you a free peek into this creative process. Hope you will come out and join us!
